Baby kale, beetroots, Stilton & walnuts salad, with clementine vinaigrette

Packed with nutrients and Christmas flavors this salad is the ultimate Christmas salad and the perfect complement to your Christmas menu.
Ingredients
- 1 packet of rocket
- 1 packet of baby kale salad
- 1 packed of steamed beetroots
- 6 radishes
- 6 crushed walnuts
- few crumbles of Stilton cheese
- a sprinkle of extra-virgin olive oil
- a sprinkle of balsamic glaze
- 1/2 clementine juice
Directions
- Step 1 Simply place the salad leaves, chopped beetroots, sliced radish, in a salad bowl and top with he walnuts and Stilton crumbles.
- Step 2 Prepare the vinaigrette mixing the olive oil, balsamic and clementine juice. Season and enjoy!
