Sumac Greek salad
A tasty variation on the classic Greek salad, perfect for a Summer meal after the beach.

Ingredients
- 2-3 medium tomatoes
- 2/3 cucumber
- 6 black olives (pitted)
- 1 shallot
- a generous pinch of sumac
- a sprinkle of extra-virgin olive oil
- a dash of sea salt
- few drops of fresh lemon juice
Directions
- Step 1 Place all the washed and cut vegetables in salad bowl, finely sliced the shallots, add the seasoning, olive oil, salt to taste, stir and serve!
