One of my favorite drinks for the summer!Rich in nutrients and anti-oxidants, this drink is lower in sugar content than a normal smoothie, and a great thirst quencher! Ingredients for 1 person 10 organic raspberries a dash of lemon or lime juice a little of fresh ginger (peeled) fresh mint to garnish (optional) Place all the ingredients in a blender with tiny bit of water. Blend, add more water, some ice cubes, fresh mint to garnish, and you ready to sit back and enjoy!
