This salad is made mixing two types of radicchio: “radicchio di Chioggia” which is a round shape, red-purple type of salad and “radicchio variagato di Castelfranco” that looks like a light, yellowish type of salad with few small purple spots. - 2 slices of fennel chopped up
- 1 slice of clementine
