When the pandemic hit the UK, I asked myself what I could do to help in my job as a health coach. It quickly became clear that, that our lifestyle and metabolic health could play a part into developing complication with COVID19. Insulin resistance, diabetes, cardiovascolar diseases, obesity and diffused inflammation seemed to play a part into the outcome of the diseases.
One of the common threads of many of so called lifestyle diseases are sugar and processed foods.
Sugar and processed foods, create inflammation, disrupt your immune system and gut microbioma, can contribute to mood swings and hormonal imbalance and saps your energy. Too much sugar consumption can lead to insulin resistance which is a driver for many diseases.
So I decided to create this 7 weeks online course to help people that are addicted to sugar and carbs lovers to transform their relationship on sugar and carbs.
Side effects will be more energy, less cravings, less mood swings, more focus and concentration, less weight and more well-being.
Trust me I am Italian, I grew up on carbs. I can get addicted to sugar really quickly, I know how it feels. And I don’t like deprivation either, I love food.
This 7 weeks online course, to help all the other carbs and sugar addicted out there get out of this addiction while eating delicious food and learning to eat in a more balanced and healthy way, but still satisfying.
You will learn that willpower alone is not enough, and our environment condition us in our choices.
