What you need for this Italian Tuna and Tomato Salad
- Salad or ripe tomatoes ( both are fine)
- Tuna tin
- Shallots
- A handful of rocket leaves ( optional)
- Extra-virgin olive oil

How to make this Summer Tuna and Tomato Salad

Italian Tuna and Tomato Salad
Ingredients
- 1 Tomato Big
- 1/2 Shallot
- 1 tin Tuna
- a handful Rocket Leaves
- a sprinkle Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- a pinch dash of oregano
- a dash Balsamic
- Sea salt to taste
Instructions
- Cut the tomatoes, finely slice the shallots, an roughly cut the arugula leaves with your hand.
- Place on a serving dish, add the drained tuna, and season with a sprinkle of olive oil and dash of balsamic, a generous pinch of oregano and a some sea salt.
- Toss, and serve with wholemeal pita or a slice of sourdough.
