MY MISSION

To inspire you to live a healthy and happy life, to help you feel good in your skin and to have the energy to do the things you love . I believe in enjoyment not deprivation, and I believe in a life where mind, body & spirit are in harmony.

WHAT I DO

I will help you close the dots between your food, drink, sleep, relaxation, exercise and work/life balance and other aspect of your life, to give you the tools to manage your well-being to live your life to the full ad have the energy to do the things you love.

I will be your guide, support, mentor and accountability coach, to help you cut through the confusion of the nutrition & wellness world and help you find what is best for you, whatever your lifestyle.

WORKSHOPS

if you are not ready to take the plunge, you can try one of my workshops (available in London only) to dip your toe into the world of healthy eating, and start feeling the benefits.They work well for those who are complete beginners, but also for those who already shop in the best healthy stores but would like to know more and become a more conscious consumer more aware of the tricks and fads of the healthy food industry. PANTRY MAKEOVER

“We are what we eat” and we normally eat what is in our kitchen cupboard. I don’t believe much in will power when it comes to food, and when you have lots of temptations in your kitchen, you are gonna eat some them.

You will learn to chose healthier alternatives without missing  out on flavors  and taste. You will get a list of “cupboard” healthy essential foods to keep in your kitchen to help you organize your shopping, and a blueprint for choosing the best fruits & vegetables.

You will also receive some advice on how to make healthy treats and two recipes for a healthy dessert as a bonus (and yes, it involves chocolate). READ MORE

HEALTHY SHOPPING TOUR

Spend an hour with a health coach learning how to choose the best quality food.  We can meet at the your local health store, farmer’s market or supermarket, and go through various foods & brands.

Learn more about the nutritional health value of the food you normally buy and learn to be more confident with other healthy options on the market, without falling for the trapping of the food industry.
