I can help you make lifestyle and dietary changes to help you support your optimal health and wellness. I can work in collaboration with GPs and other health professionals, and I can help you tailor a plan that suitable for you and your unique needs and lifestyle.
I will help you close the dots between your food, drink, sleep, relaxation, exercise and work/life balance and other aspect of your life, to give you the tools to manage your well-being to live your life to the full ad have the energy to do the things you love.
WHY IS HEALTH COACHING DIFFERENT
A health coach will take in consideration not only your eating habits, but also other aspects of your well-being that work in synergy together.Your sleeping patterns, exercise routine, stress management, life/work balance, sense of purpose and connection.
For example you may try to have a very healthy diet, but you lead a lifestyle that leave very little time to unwind or for personal relationships, you may end up stressed out and maybe have trouble sleeping, which may impair the good effort you have done with your food.
Likewise someone who following doctor’s order tries to lower his blood sugar to avoid developing diabetes, may end up so stressed out about it that sabotage his best efforts with his diet and exercise.
A health coach is there to help you maintain our focus, help you see these interconnections between different aspects of you health and well-being, bring you back in the right direction and keep you accountable for your choices, like a supportive mentor, guide and a coach.

In this first session, we will analyze your health history, and we will go deeper into what has not worked for you so far, your aims and your goals, and together we will start a little journey into understanding what works for you and how you can fit these changes into your lifestyle.
