MY TRAINING & EXPERIENCE
I am a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition of New York, a member of IHCA (International Health Coaches Association) and HCA (UK Health Coaches association). I have written for several international wellness websites, and m health recipes have been featured on a number of well-being and lifestyle websites.
I have experienced first hand the benefits of nutritional therapy and lifestyle changes since a very young age, but my passion for food brought me to develop my healthier range of recipes with many healthier twist on traditional dishes.
I have always been interested in the mind/body relationship and I have been a lover and practitioner of various fitness and movement disciplines, with a particular interest in Pilates & yoga. After a few years working in the fashion industry, I transitioned health & fitness world, teaching Pilates to a clientele of top executives and high flyers for some of the top studios in London and for my private clients for the past 10 years.
I follow a “whole body” approach in both my Pilates & Health Coaching with a strong influence from Functional Movement & Functional Medicine. During my training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, which sets the standard for the industry, I attended many lectures from the world most renowned medical doctors in Functional & Integrative Medicine, like Dr Mark Hyman (the Director of the Functional Medicine Institute), Dr Weil, Dr Christian Nostrup,
