Health coaching is relatively new in UK, but is very popular in US where health coaches work alongside Functional Doctors ad GPs to help clients establish healthy lifestyle habits. In UK they have been featured and endorsed by Dr. Rangan Chattarjee in his popular program on BBC “Doctor in the House” and featured on his website.
A health coach can help with a variety of issues, from low energy to weight and stress management. We are trained to look at the bigger picture, assessing your work-life balance, stress levels, exercise regimes, sleeps habits and your foods intake.

How many time have you planned to start a diet on a Monday or at the beginning of a new year, and not follow through? How many times you have joined a gym, only to go there once a month, only because you feel guilty about paying the subscription?
How many times you have gone on a diet only to put on back all the weight afterwards or maybe even more? How many times you have tried every diet under the sun, only to be confused by so many contradicting information?

I don’t believe in deprivation but in finding enjoyment in the things we do. As someone who grew up on very strict diet, I know very well how stressful that is, which is why I learned to cook & learn about nutrition so that I don’t have to be on diet anymore. I believe in finding a balance and developing those tools to manage your well-being in the long term. I trained at the renowned Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and my coaching is informed by positive psychology, Functional Medicine, evidence-based training and mind/body disciplines.
