Ingredients (serves 1)
- 1/2 fennel
- a handful of rocket leaves
- 2 thick pink grapefruit slices ( no rind)
- a sprinkle of extra-virgin olive oil
Simply roughly cut the fennel in slices, add the rocket leaves and the grapefruit, cut in little cubes. season with a small quantity of olive oil and mix. Serve as a starter or a accompaniment to fish.
