LOWER IN CARBS

Celeriac mash, which is delicious and comforting like that classic potato mash, but it is much lower in carbs and calories!

 

GOOD FOR GUT HEALTH

Vegetable variety is also linked to microbiome bio-diversity, which is considered a good sign for gut health and immune health.

You can try this dreamy celeriac mash with any type of meat, but it goes well, especially with winter meats, like venison, pheasant, partridge, lamb, and beef. A great alternative to my  “Cauliflower & sage mash”,
