I am a wellness expert, food lover, and a certified Health Coach & Pilates teacher of almost ten years. My recipes and well-being tips have been featured on a number of international wellness and lifestyle websites and I have been nominated one of the TOP 10 UK health coach bloggers to follow in 2018.
I work with clients in UK and worldwide, and collaborate with PR and brands that I love and share my values. I created this blog to share my love for food, and to show people that being healthy is not so difficult after all, and does not involve fancy shopping lists or hours slaving in the kitchen. All my recipes are ready in an average of 15 min, and focus on seasonable, sustainable easy to find ingredients.
I have worked with many clients over the years, helping them find a new balance in their bodies and life. Some of them have got out of painful movement patterns, some have finally achieved the best body of their life, some have managed to reverse lifestyle diseases like diabetes, but most of all they have managed to transform their approach to well-being and fitness, empowering them to find a balance that is at the same time, enjoyable, easy to fit in and adaptable to the ebbs and flow of life.
